🛏️ Rates & Booking Information

• Standard rates include accommodation for up to 6 guests.  Please declare all guests.
• Additional guests are charged at $50 per adult per night, and $25 per child (ages 3–17) per night.
• Infants (0–2 years) stay free of charge.

📅 Minimum Stay Requirements:

• Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.
• Long weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.
• Easter holidays require a 4-night minimum stay.
• Single night stays on weeknights may incur an additional fee.
• Split weekend bookings (e.g. Thurs–Sat or Sat–Mon) are charged at weekend rates.

🔒 Security & Noise Monitoring:

• For the comfort and safety of guests and neighbours, Glen Isla has a Minut noise monitoring system located in the living room which monitors noise levels only and does not record or store audio.
  
• One external security camera is located above the garage.  There are no camera inside the home.
  
  Guests are required to read and accept the rental agreement containing the full house rules prior to booking.
