Before confirming your booking at Glen Isla—our luxury self-contained group accommodation in Wentworth Falls, Blue Mountains—please ensure you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. A confirmed booking indicates agreement to all terms outlined below. The guest (leasee) accepts responsibility on behalf of all guests staying at the property.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Times
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
💳 Deposit & Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Dates are not confirmed without a deposit.
- Final balance is due 14 days before arrival. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Full payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Guest cancellations are non-refundable unless the dates are rebooked in full.
- If successfully re-let, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
🔄 Changes Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While every effort is made to honour all bookings, Glen Isla reserves the right to alter or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
👥 Number of Guests
- Maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- All beds must be used with sheets and linen provided.
- Additional bedding (e.g. sleeping bags, air mattresses) is not permitted.
- Extra guests beyond the agreed number may result in additional charges or termination of stay.
🚫 Visitors, Events & Parties
- A maximum of 15 people (including guests) are permitted on-site at any time.
- Parties, weddings, and functions are strictly prohibited.
- No external hire equipment (e.g. marquees, furniture) is allowed.
- Breach of this policy may result in bond forfeiture and/or immediate eviction.
💥 Damages, Loss, & Theft
- Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, or theft during their stay.
- Items left behind will be posted at the guest’s expense.
- Any damage must be reported immediately to management.
🔇 Noise & Neighbourhood Respect
Glen Isla is located in a quiet residential area.
- Noise curfew: No gatherings of more than 2 people in outdoor areas between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Amplified music and instruments must comply with local regulations:
- Not permitted before 8:00 AM or after midnight on weekends/public holidays
- Not permitted before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM on weekdays
- Offending noise or behaviour may lead to eviction and/or fines of up to $5,500 under NSW law.
💰 Bond & Security
- A $500 bond is required by credit card or bank deposit.
- It covers breakages, excess cleaning, policy breaches, or extra guest charges.
- Any costs above $500 will be charged to the leasee’s card.
- The bond is refunded post-stay if no issues are reported.
🐾 Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of approved guide dogs (with prior notice).
🚗 Parking Guidelines
- Up to 5 vehicles may park in marked spaces on-site (entry via Mulheran Lane).
- No parking is permitted on The Avenue or Mulheran Lane.
- Additional cars must park on Falls Road (west side).
- Offending vehicles will be towed and may result in bond forfeiture and fines.
🔥 Bushfire Safety & Evacuation
- Glen Isla is in a bushfire-prone area.
- All guests must review and follow the emergency evacuation plan in the guest folder.
- Directions from fire authorities or management must be strictly followed.
🗑️ Waste & Rubbish
- Use the provided recycling and general waste bins near the front gate.
- Guests must place bins out for collection if staying on a Monday night.
- Surplus rubbish must be taken with you.
- Fines apply for failure to manage waste correctly.
🚭 Smoking & Fire Use
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Outdoor smoking must be responsible—no littering or fire hazards.
- No open flames (e.g. candles, mosquito coils) are allowed.
- Wood fireplace must be used safely and never left unattended.
🧼 Cleanliness & Departure
- Guests must leave the home in a clean and tidy condition.
- Kitchen must be cleaned and dishwasher emptied.
- Furniture should be returned to its original position.
- Rubbish must be placed inside bins. Excess cleaning or rubbish removal will be charged to your bond.
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked, and appliances and lights are turned off at departure.
🔐 Right to Refuse Entry or Terminate Stay
Glen Isla reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate your stay if these terms are breached.

All property features and amenities are described in good faith. Availability of specific features may vary due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Any changes to these conditions must be agreed to in writing with the property owner before your stay.
